Jason Litalien grew up in Biddeford, Maine and after serving just under 13 years in the US Air Force, he returned home and opened a restaurant.

After almost 6 years of running a successful restaurant, Jason applied to the University of Maine School of Law and began school the following Fall.  He studied many different areas of law to ensure his education was well-rounded and he participated in several student groups and student government.

Jason's practice is focused mostly on business formation, real estate transactions, tenant evictions, probate, and estate planning.  He has also handled many other matters, however he prefers to avoid litigation matters and instead focus on the core services of Litalien Law.  

Jason Litalien is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal courts in Maine.

Jason is a member in good-standing of the American Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, and York Bar Association as well as a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign War (VFW), American Veterans (AMVETS), and Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
